Order Policy & Procedures


1. All SALES ARE FINAL! with one exception. If you receive a product that is damaged we will allow you to return it and we will send you a replacement.
We will not return any money due to buyer's remorse, or for any other reason.


2. For your convenience, our shopping cart accepts Visa & Master Card as a method of payment. No personal checks, money orders, or cashiers checks can be processed by our shopping cart venue. We will accept these types of payments in the event you don't have a credit card, but you have to follow the mail order process.


3. Mail Order: To place an order with a personal check, money order or cashiers check

Make Checks Payable to: RDA Specialty Items.
Absolutely, no credit card orders will be processed under the mail in option.
Please note: Personal check orders will be shipped once your check clears our bank.
